We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied. That said, due to the nature of consumable goods, we cannot accept returns on opened electrolyte supplements.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Opened electrolyte pouches cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
To begin a return, email us at oneessenceco@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges
If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is accepted and processed.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days—unopened and in original condition—for any reason.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
